If a critical system failure prevents access for more than 48 consecutive hours, users may request a prorated credit toward their next billing cycle, handled by our Technical Support team.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days in the current billing period to ensure continuous data hosting and Managed SOC Services.
